Shipping and Returns


  1. Where can I receive my order? It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).
  2. Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
 No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
  3. How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries take 1 to 2 working days, for Ceuta and Melilla timeframes are extended by 9 to 10 days. Under no circumstances we will not be able to establish the tax import to pay once you receive your order, it depends on the “I.G.C.” and Canary Customs. Just on illustrative term, it costs 12 to 16 EUR due to the Import fees and Customs, therefore there is also a percentage due to the Canary I.G.I.C. We are not responsible of these variations taken from Customs without prior notice. If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website. We will send you an email to inform you about it.
  4. Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo? Yes, although at we work with a high quality resolution of photos, it could be a small variation from the color or dimension of the product. In case of any doubt, please contact us on
  5. What should I do if I receive a faulty item? only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.
  6. How much do I pay for delivery service?
Standard delivery – 6 EUR.  (FREE for orders over 60 EUR). Deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla – 19 EUR. In case of delivery outside Spain, please contact our customer service.


  1. Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Returns at are always free of charge.
  2. How do I return an item? You can request a home collection. We will send a courier (MRW) to collect your package within 1-2 working days. Items have to be in perfect condition with their corresponding cover bag or boxes. We only accept returns of faulty products, damage or bad condition due to factory issue, shipment or delivery.
  3. How long do I have to return an item? All returns must be made within 7 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  4. Can I exchange my products? Yes.All exchanges must be made within 7 days of the e-mail confirming shipment and when the product is damaged. If there is a different reason for the exchange, we will refund the cost of the product by bank transfer (shipment fees will not be refund).
  5. How will I receive my refund?Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
  6. When will I receive my refund?Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
  7. Is my personal information safe when I buy a product? For it is very important to keep your personal information safe and we guarantee your purchase will be proceeding under legal conditions. When you buy at your information will be transfer to PayPal database both buying by credit card or by your Paypal account.
